Samsung TV EXTRA
EXTRA is a TV service platform that provides contextual information such as show info, tweets, and sports data based on what the user is watching.
I was the Lead Visual Designer, involved from the initial ideation, visual explorations, production, and prototype in 2014. EXTRA started off as an app to provided additional info and tweets based on the viewer’s show they are currently watching, then it expanded to various sports platforms. Based on feedback from user research we were able to produce a more legible, lightweight design that was featured at CES 2016.
